We are proud to offer international shipping to over 200 countries. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. That’s why we provide free shipping from our Fulfillment Center in California by UPS and USPS.
HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING?
Shipping depends on the location.
United States, Guam & Puerto Rico: 5-10 Business days
Canada, Europe 5-20 Business days
Australia, New Zealand 5-25 Business days
Central & South America 5-25 Business days
Asia 5-20 Business days
Africa 5-25 Business days
Max delivery time – 45 business days.
Shipping time doesn’t include our 1-3 day processing time
CUSTOMS
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY PARCEL?
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

Yes, you can write your business address in your order details if it’s more convenient to you.
CAN YOU SHIP MY ORDER TO A PO BOX?
Yes, you can select delivery to a PO Box if it’s more convenient to you.
CAN YOU SHIP MY ORDER TO APO OR FPO MILITARY ADDRESSES?
Yes, we ship anywhere in the United States, and to all US territories and military APO/FPO addresses.
WHAT HAPPENS TO MY PARCEL IF IT IS DELIVERED WHILE I’M NOT THERE?
Depending on the destination and the package size, your parcel will be left in your mailbox or on your porch, or it may be left with a neighbor.
